Dr. Scout Cloud Lee is founder of the Magical Child Foundation, CEO of her performance consulting company, Vision Us, Inc., and faculty member for the Institute of Management Studies. She is a “Castaway” on the CBS prime reality show “Survivor Vanuatu”. Scout is a leading motivational speaker, author, singer-songwriter, rancher and former University professor. As author of twelve books and over one hundred articles, Dr. Lee continues to reveal the impact of play on peak performance. She has compiled over 2,500 public appearances and her work has been featured in documentaries and television specials on all major networks.

In the 1980's, Scout began focusing her skills as a singer/songwriter and has since produced five compact discs. She calls her original tunes "Country Rock Gypsy Funk." Her music blends pop, soul, country and gospel tunes and all lyrics draw upon her strong country and native roots. People describe listening to her music as a toe tappin’, knee slappin’, upbeat, heart-felt experience.

A masterful motivational speaker, her words weave a beautiful tapestry of hope, laughter, integrity, and positive imagery to co-create a better world. Audiences become totally engaged as they are moved by stories, music, activities and words of simple and ancient wisdom.

Among many accomplishments, she was voted Outstanding Teacher of the Year at Oklahoma State University in 1980, and Oklahoma's Outstanding Young Woman in American in 1980. In 2002, Lee was honored to carry the Olympic torch exemplifying the theme of "Light the Fire Within."

She has survived cancer, bankruptcy, divorce, car wrecks and horse bucks. In the 1990's, Lee was diagnosed with a fatal form of cancer, melanoma and managed to beat the odds and is going strong 14 years later. Most recently, she received a total knee replacement and she refers to it as her "Bionic Knee." She is most proud of living life on her terms, shying away from social prescriptions, overcoming many obstacles, and focusing on Spirit.

In all ways she cherishes her family who consist of many species. Wherever she is, Scout’s message journeys straight to the heart as she holds in reverence all religions, philosophies and beliefs. She offers a singing, story-telling, spellbinding invitation to come together as one family on Earth.
