Dr. Scout Cloud Lee promotes excellence and peace through profitable play. Founder, Dr. Scout Cloud Lee is an exceptional woman. Most recently, she was a Finalist in the CBS hit, “Survivor Vanuatu”. Her being chosen from 250,000 applicants and making it to the Final Three lets you know you are dealing with a person of power. In addition, she was selected to carry the Olympic torch signifying “Light The Fire Within”. Her life is a manifestation of the tools she offers to participants.

Dr. Lee is highly respected as creator of the “Excellence Principle” ™, an empowering training model, and “Tracking”™, an exquisite method of observation and debriefing. This technology is proven to consistently (1) grow what works, (2) provide documented desired results, (3) be a DO IT model and (4) fully engage participants.

To insure long-term implementation, this training team expertly guides the process of creating “Team Pacts”. These pacts make sure that skills, agreements and action plans covered during the training are wired to the ground and implemented. “Buy In” is vital for activating and sustaining achievement.
